Hello from Longer Table Food Company! We’re Elizabeth (Izzy) and Elliot, a husband and wife team who brought our food truck to life in 2022 after moving back home from Nashville. Our two daughters inspire everything we do, and we’re thrilled to serve the community that has always been close to our hearts.

Izzy brings over a decade of restaurant experience, while Elliot’s passion for food grew through his travels playing music around the world. Together, they design a menu full of from-scratch sandwiches and dishes, many of which are named after beloved musicians, bands, and the people who inspire them. Our food is more than just meals—it’s about building connections and creating moments. We’ve combined our love for quality food with the joy of connecting with others, and that shared passion forms the foundation of Longer Table.
